This isn’t fair! Miley Cyrus or Hannah Montana are ALWAYS on the front cover! There are other people besides them to put on the cover! Like when was the last time you put Emma Watson on the front cover? LAST YEAR!!! And Miley and Hannah have been he cover girl TWICE this year! And they have also been on the cover other times. So what I am saying is to all girl magazine please put something different on the front cover, not always MILEY OR HANNAH!!!
