We’re so pumped for the September issue of Girl Power – it’s on sale now! This month, we got chatting with our gorgeous cover girl Jessica Mauboy about her new music, new movie and her obsession with shoes! PLUS, boy band fans will love our interviews with The Wanted and Big Time Rush!

1. Competition is open to Australian & New Zealand residents only.
2. The competition starts at 9 am August 27th, 2012 and ends 11.59 pm on 23rd September 2012 AEST.
3. This is a game of skill and entrants must answer the question: “Tell us, if you could create a candle scent, what would it be?”
4. The most creative answers will win a Dusk prize pack which consists of: 1 x Orb candle 1 x large pillar candle & 1 x container candle
5. The prize pack is valued at $63.97
6. Entries will be judged by the Girl Power Editorial Team on 24th September, 2012 at nextmedia Level 6, 207 Pacific Hwy, St Leonards NSW 2065.
7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will receive their prize pack by post

Alicia Coutts rocking Gold, Silver and Bronze!

Australian swimming super star, Alicia Coutts, has made a serious splash at the London Olympics! She’s only 16 and already she has won Olympic Gold, Silver and Bronze medals for the Women’s 4×100m freestyle relay, the 200m Individual Medley and the 100m Butterfly! That’s some serious Girl Power!! Go Alicia!
