Yay! It’s school holidays! Here at GP HQ, we hope you’re having a fab break from the books.
Did you know that uber-brainy Harry Potter star Emma Watson has also been taking a little time off from her studies? Emma is a student at Brown University – a top US College. Recently her fellow students couldn’t believe it when she agreed to clear her busy schedule to appear in their play.
While she is one of the highest paid actresses on the planet, students didn’t have to pay to see her perform. She clearly just LOVES to act, whether in a big blockbuster or in a college auditorium. Now that is the mark of a true actress. In fact, apparently Emma even got the jitters before going on stage. Wow… that seems so… normal!
We think it’d be pretty awesome to star alongside Emma in a school play. This got us wondering… who would your dream school play co-star be? All you aspiring actresses out there, let us know!
Anthea xoxo

“There were girls I dealt with at my school who I thought were my best friends, who just turned on me and that made it really hard,” says Demi. But Demi didn’t let bullies get in the way of her dream. Music and guitar became her therapy: “I just had a lot of fun and focused on music and acting more!”
Even super spunk Zac Efron wasn’t Mr Popular in high school. “I was never the cool kid in high school,” says Zac. “I was the nerd. I spent way too much time worrying about what girls thought of me.” Zac dealt with bullies by recognising their jealousy. “When people want to bring you down it’s because you have something that they admire,” Zac says.
