From Saturday, December 17, Justin Bieber will be on the Disney Channel in the ‘So Random Christmas Special’. Hooray!

We can’t wait for tomorrow when the 2-movie collection The Fox and the Hound and The Fox and the Hound 2 is released on Disney DVD and Blu-Ray! This adorable movie collection tells the tale of two animals who are meant to be enemies. Despite the odds, the fox and the hound show the other animals what it means to be a true friend.

We Love Lemonade Mouth!

Hey girls!

We’re counting down to Saturday, May 21 when Lemonade Mouth premieres on the Disney Channel! Tune in at 6:30pm for a fantastic flick about friendship, fun and making amazing music!

If you haven’t heard about this great new Disney flick, here are the deets! Olivia, Mo, Charlie, Stella and Wen meet in detention and decide to form a band. They are sick of always being in the background and believe it’s their time to shine! However, their band, Lemonade Mouth, is no ordinary group. They want to use their music to send a message! Their first target… to save the school’s lemonade machine! You’ve got to start somewhere…

With a cool cast including Bridgit Mendler, Hayley Kiyoko and the super cute Blake Michael, we think you’ll fall in love with this rockin’ musical movie!

Disney DVD Giveaway!

It’s a very happy Friday because we’ve got a great DVD up for grabs! You Again is a hilarious comedy starring Kristen Bell. It’s all about a girl called Marnie who flies home for her brother’s wedding… only to discover he’s marrying her high school enemy! Oh no! Marnie decides the only thing to do is break up the wedding! Duh! What follows is a funny trip down memory lane and back to her school days!

My Camp Rock Music Video: Coming Soon!

We’d like to share a little secret with you Girl Powerettes… Here at GP, we’ve been an eensy bit obsessed with My Camp Rock 2! It’s like the best bits of Camp Rock have suddenly come to life!

  • Large-scale song and dance routines – check!
  • Mega-musical battle – check!
  • Talented tweens achieving their dreams – check!

*Sigh* What could be better?!

A little catch up for those who’ve been out of the loop – Disney put a call out for super singers and dancers in Australia and NZ. Ten talented kids were chosen and split into two teams – team treble and team bass!

They developed some killer routines and battled it out in the final jam! YOU got to decide the ultimate winner which was…. Team Treble! Congratulations!

The prize was the chance to record a music video and just quietly… we can’t wait to see it!  Their clip – ‘Brand New Day’ premieres on the Disney Channel on the 29th of October at 5:55 pm! Yippeeeee!
