Heya girls!

Here at GP HQ, we are HUGE fans of Glee! We’re devo that the first season is all finished up, so to tide us over, we’ve been busy digging up all the latest goss from the Glee set…

• Pop Princess Britney Spears guest stars in an episode called Britney/Brittany – a reference to Glee club member and cheerleader Brittany. The storyline is super secret so there was extra security on set when they were filming! There were so many guards that the creator of the series, Ryan Murphy, struggled to get into his own set at one point! “It was literally like the President had come,” he said. Eeeek!
• Lea Michele wants Britney’s former flame to appear on Glee too! “Justin Timberlake would be the perfect Glee guest star: He sings, he dances, and he’s hilarious!” she says. We think he’d be fab…
• British singer Susan Boyle will star as a lunch lady in a Christmas episode of Glee!
• Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is a mega-gleek and says he would love to appear in the series. He’s currently taking singing and dancing lessons in prep for a Broadway show, so maybe he’ll be able to use his new skills in a Glee cameo…

In other Glee news…

• Glee got nineteen Emmy nominations… That’s the most of any prime-time series! One of those 19 was a best actress nomination for the lovely Lea Michele. She was SO excited, saying “I’ve dreamed about something like this my whole life!”
• Do you love the Gleeky fashion in the series? The official ‘Glee’ clothing line has hit stores in the US. It includes a cute Cheerios-inspired tee, Sue Sylvester tracksuits and other preppy pieces! We want!
• A whole Glee radio station in the UK has been set up to play songs from the series 24 hours a day! Woah… now that’s Gleeky.
